hello peter,i got your message last night,but i got home late,so i didnt call back.my wife bought the cuda in january 1978 for her first car,she was 19,now she`s 52.it is a numbers matching car through out,but unfortunately i lost the fender tag many years ago.she had the seats recovered in 1982 and we assume the build sheet was tossed.we do have many pictures of the car back in the 70`s when she first got it that shows it in original condition less the paint color.she bought it at a toyota dealership here in sacramento.it is an original luggage rack car,340,4spd,ps,pdb shaker hood car.the sheet metal is all original.i did a restoration on it about 12 yrs ago.it has about 105k original miles.don`t know the history of the car prior to us owning it.it looks to be an original calif. car. thanks bob byrnes.
